You\xe2\x80\x99ll never have two days the same as a neighbourhood assistant; you\xe2\x80\x99ll be providing essential support to the neighbourhood team in Hampshire working alongside other neighbourhood assistants, being supported by a Senior Neighbourhood Officer.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working in a fast-paced environment providing administrative support to the neighbourhood officers and dealing with a variety of customer queries. You will manage the mutual exchange process, tenancy changes and updating tenancy records alongside other tenancy queries, both by phone and email.

You won\xe2\x80\x99t always be at your desk; you may be out and about completing mutual exchange visits and supporting with neighbourhood inspections as required, so there\xe2\x80\x99s a real mix of housing management exposure and an opportunity to further your current housing knowledge.

There\xe2\x80\x99ll be elements of administrative tasks such as letter writing, mail merges, keeping records up to date and electronic filing.

About you

You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a background working in housing management, with experience in communicating with customers about an array of tenancy enquiries. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be resilient and able to deliver messages in a clear way to our customers.

Your attention to detail will ensure the electronic filing is up to date and accurate processing is taking place.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have a full UK driving licence so you can get out and about on visits and access to a vehicle to do so.
