We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Neighbourhood Caretaker to look after some of our properties based in London. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the properties and surrounding area's receive a clean, tidy service and all our grounds are kept safe, secure and in good condition.


Duties will include, regular sweeping of external areas ensuring they are free from obstructions, litter and leaves. Removing litter from communal gardens and sweeping, washing and disinfecting refuse area's.


To succeed in this role, you will need excellent Customer Service skills and strong communication skills.
