This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Work Pattern: M-T 6.30 - 14:30 F 6.30 - 14:00). This is a field-based role and will require travel to our customers and properties, on a specific patch within the Newtide Housing Association area. This area includes: Ipswich.


To join us as a Neighbourhood Cleaner we are looking for someone that meets the following criteria:

Experience in the cleaning industry. A full UK driving license. Ability to operate cleaning equipment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams). A proactive, team-oriented attitude.

As a Neighbourhood Cleaner you'll be part of a customer-focused team, ensuring communal areas and neighbourhoods are kept to a high standard through tasks such as:

Hoovering and mopping floors. High and low-level dusting. Litter picking. General cleaning duties.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining equipment and adhering to health and safety requirements. We live by our values and are passionate about making a difference.
