Whilst this is advertised as full time role, for the right candidate, 4 or 3 days a week would be considered pro rata if preferred (including key shifts).

Experienced in effective time management with prioritisation skills
Social media & IT literate across all major platforms
Aware of markups & margins
Retail experience is preferred but not compulsory.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning.
Organisation, leadership and motivation to the team of 4 Sales Assistants to deliver exceptional customer service.
Customer liaison, dealing with enquiries, requests and dealing with escalations in a professional manner.
Responsible for monitoring, reporting and recording health and safety standards and issues
You will report to the Company Director, liaising with her regularly regarding a wide range of matters. Open communication is of the upmost importance.
Stock control, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
Work closely with our store merchandiser to ensure store displays are of a high standard, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and onboard new employees, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Manage staff holidays and working patterns
You will be proactive in identifying shopping trends and habits in our customers to improve sales
Support marketing strategies, events and incentives
You will be jointly responsible for the day to day social media content for Nest, keeping up with current platform trends.
Continue working relationships with our suppliers and agents
Performing role of sales assistant alongside these wider responsibilities
