About the role
NET is looking to appoint an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the well-established team. This role is faced paced and varied, with tasks that have a direct impact on our ability to support learners to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for the North Bank area of NET with a location base of Hull. However, regular travel between Hull and Bridlington campus' is required, as well as some visits to our other locations.
The successful candidate will work as part of a wider team and support to understand the systems will be readily available. You really will be at the heart of everything we do ensuring that NET continues to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Dealing with learner enquiries
Working alongside management and quality teams
Providing evidence to the awarding bodies as required
Ensuring documentation is correct first time
Maintaining records
Providing reports
Test bookings and invigilation (where required)
About the person
We are looking for a highly skilled communicator who can work to tight deadlines. You will need strong IT skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Candidates should also have:
Level 2 Business Administration (preferred)
Prior experience working in an office or administrative role
Experience of analysing data and writing reports
ICT competency
Experience of working with awarding bodies
A clean driving license and access to a vehicle
