We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic .NET & Angular Developer with experience of building web applications to work within our team of talented engineers in our offices in pleasant rural surroundings in Dodford (Northampton), remotely or mixed as part of our flexible working policy. This is an exciting growth period for the company who view technology as central to what we do. The role will be working to develop and enhance our software as a service cloud-based applications for the insurance, construction and financial markets. Experience of .NET and Angular essential. Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure and AI an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to help expand our development team. The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to make significant impact on the approach, design , growth and development of the product range.

The work will centre around our existing Software as a Service hosted solutions in particular ClaimControl

Although development focussed, you will also be working with Account Managers and with clients on some occasions to understand the business requirements of clients with a view to designing and implementing technical solutions to assist them.

Experience:

Minimum

of 5+ years' commercial experience within a similar role and be self-motivated, task focused and personable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop robust, high performance code for our suite of SaaS applications

Maintain a keen focus on reliable, readable and performant code

Strong C#, NET and ideally .NET Core development skills and experience

Development of Angular front end web application

SQL Server Development experience

Write clean code to develop highly usable web applications

Review code written by others in the development team

Follow emerging technologies

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Desirable Skills

HTML, CSS and Javascript experience

Angular or React experience

Works well in a team and is willing to transfer and share knowledge and expertise

Ability to work within small multi-skilled teams and to communicate technical aspects in a clear manner

Nice to Have Skills

AI

UX/UI Design experience

Knowledge and experience in Azure / AWS

Knowledge of mobile development
