Netball Coach
Job Description
Ardingly College is seeking to appoint an experienced Sports Coach (Netball Specialist) to support the Games department. The role will involve coaching sport, promoting the general progress and well-being of individual pupils and actively supporting those studying towards GCSE and A-Level PE. Candidates will be required to take part in the Senior and Prep School games programme as well as supporting the organising and attending Saturday fixtures.
Candidates should have a high level of experience in playing Netball, as well as at least three years' experience in coaching, preferably having coached at County level. The candidate should be self-motivated, have the ability to work well in a busy team environment and be able to communicate effectively with pupils and staff. The successful candidate must have a Level 2 qualification in coaching, although Level 3 would be preferable, or have suitable experience in coaching Netball.
Contract
: This role is offered on a zero hours contract. Whilst there is no minimum or guaranteed hours of work, we expect coaches to be available during the Lent Term for the following sessions:Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 13.00-16.00
Tuesday and Thursday - 11-13.00 & 14.00-16.00
Saturday - Senior School matches
