Location: Norton Hill School, Charlton Rd, Midsomer Norton, Bath BA3 4AD

Fridays: 5.30pm-6.30pm (U8 & U10), 6.30pm-7.30pm (U12 & U14)

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Lead Coach to join our Midsomer Norton Centre at Norton Hill School on Friday evenings.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver weekly sessions for U8, U10, U12 & U14 players in line with the Evolution Netball Curriculum. Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where every child feels valued. Work closely with the Evolution team to ensure a consistent player pathway. Be a positive role model for players and families.

What We're Looking For (Ideals, not deal-breakers!)

Netball UKCC Level 1 or 2 (or willing to work towards). OR a degree in sport, another UKCC Level 1 coaching qualification, or strong experience playing netball. Passion for developing grassroots players. Ability to communicate and connect with young people. Reliability, organisation, and enthusiasm to grow with Evolution. DBS, safeguarding, and first aid (support available if not yet in place).
