Role Overview:



The NetSuite Data Quality Lead is responsible for driving data excellence and

operational effectiveness across the organisation. By implementing robust governance

policies, overseeing master data management, and leading complex migration projects,

this role ensures NetSuite data is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose. Through

effective data maintenance and migration activities, the Data Quality Lead directly

supports business growth, reliable reporting, compliance, and the successful delivery

of NetSuite development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Data Governance & Quality

Define, implement, and enforce data standards, validation rules, and
governance policies across NetSuite modules.

Monitor and report on data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Lead regular data audits, cleansing activities, and root cause analysis for data
issues.

Master Data Management

Own and maintain master data sets (e.g., customers, vendors, items, chart of
accounts).

Coordinate with stakeholders to manage data lifecycle and change control. Ensure master data integrity through ongoing reviews and updates.
Data Cleansing & Quality Assurance

Lead data cleansing and pre-processing initiatives to ensure data reliability. Implement and monitor data quality checks, validation routines, and exception
handling using NetSuite tools.

Drive continuous improvement in data quality through training and process
optimisation.

Data Migration Leadership

Act as the data management and migration lead for key NetSuite development
projects.

Collaborate with project teams to scope, plan, and execute data migration
activities.

Ensure data mapping, transformation, and validation processes are robust and
documented.

Manage test cycles and reconciliation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and
completeness.

System Maintenance & Support



Manage scheduled data updates, imports, and exports. Support NetSuite configurations related to data fields, forms, and workflows. Troubleshoot data-related issues and liaise with associated teams, as needed.
Collaboration & Training

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align NetSuite data processes and
standards.

Provide training and guidance to users on NetSuite data entry standards, best
practices, and data quality awareness.

Act as a data champion, promoting a culture of data integrity and stewardship.
Reporting & Insights

Support reporting requirements by ensuring data is structured and reliable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Reduction in NetSuite data errors and inconsistencies. Timeliness and accuracy of NetSuite data migrations. User satisfaction scores related to NetSuite data quality and support. Compliance with NetSuite data governance policies.

Qualifications & Experience:



Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP, ideally in a data-focused or
migration role.

Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and ERP
processes.

Hands-on experience with data migration planning and execution. Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite reporting tools (Saved Searches,
SuiteAnalytics).

Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training abilities.

Desirable Skills:



Experience with SuiteScript and/or NetSuite integrations. Knowledge of financial and operational data structures. Familiarity with project management or change control processes. Relevant certifications in data management or NetSuite ERP systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
