This role is for a Sales Director, responsible for the NetSuite direct Account Management Organisation (AMO) across the UK specifically for the Products verticals.
The role will manage 1 junior Manager plus 13 Account Managers across Retail, Hospitality, WD&M.
The AMO team is responsible for renewing & upselling the EMEA direct customer base, carrying a quota for both activities. They are also accountable for ensuring Customer Satisfaction is central to how we manage our customers.
NetSuite is a volume business, so the successful candidate would ideally have experience of managing high volumes of activities and transactions. The direct AMO organisation drives the most significant growth across the NetSuite organisation, so this leader must have experience of building and executing upon a winning customer strategy to continually achieve growth. This requires high energy, motivational skills, organisation and focus.
Consistent business development and pipeline generation is critical, and an obsession with systems excellence, and the ability to demonstrate team success by performance metrics is vital to support the scale of this team.
The successful candidate will also have excellent team development skills, with the ability to build and monitor career development aspiration plans across the team.
Managerial experience of Account Management teams is vital for this role.
For this role ERP Sales experience is also required as well as expertise in one of the Product verticals (Retail, WD or Manufacturing)
