CACI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia. This non-hostile OCONUS assignment comes with a generous benefits package and lots of perks!

What You'll Get to Do:
As the Network Engineer, you will plan and coordinate implementations of switch cuts, forecasts, and special projects within the network. You will prepare, test, implement, and operate computer programs for modeling and simulation tools. You will also determine quantities, costs, and suppliers of circuits as well as perform cost crossover analyses and other traffic engineer duties.
More About the Role:
Plans, tests, and coordinates implementation of the network, file server, mainframe, and workstation hardware and software. Develops network performance criteria and measurement methods.
Develops alternative routing scenarios and changes in required sequence of network activities. Automates statistical research and reports.
Develop algorithms for models using networking and telecommunications technologies and systems.
Consults with users and evaluates requirements, recommends designs, and coordinates tasks for installation of networks.
Analyzes and makes recommendations to resolve technical problems for established networks.
Troubleshoots and resolves network production problems.
Conducts technical research on network upgrades and components to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system.
Recommends network solutions for short-range network projects. Installs, configures and maintains network components. Determines plan layout for new hardware or modifications to existing layout.
Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing, directory structures, user access, security, software, and file services.
Coordinates the establishing of user profiles, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed.
Works as a team member with other technical staff and provides support to Network Administrators and Systems Administrators.
Works with vendors to resolve network problems.
Documents network problems and resolutions for future reference.
You Will Bring These Qualifications:
You will be required to obtain a TS/SCI poly clearance in order to start this assignment. CACI will provide sponsorship for the selected candidate.
Bachelor's degree and three years of telecommunications/network engineering experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
Demonstrated experience working with networks, servers, and workstations.
Experience dealing with vendors
Security + or Network + certification is required

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $82,700 - 173,900 USD
