Join our IT team as a Network Engineer at our Haverhill manufacturing site to play a key role in designing, implementing and managing our network infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities




You will:

Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure using Cisco, HP Aruba, and SDWAN technologies. Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring high levels of data quality and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement network security measures and best practices. Conduct regular network assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Document network configurations, changes, and procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure optimal network performance and security.

The EUROAPI Haverhill (UK) site has been established for forty years, located fifteen miles east of Cambridge and sixty miles north of London, within the golden triangle. It employs over 250 people and has built a strong reputation in Flow Chemistry, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Spray Drying and as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO). Haverhill is proud to house the world's largest, continuous production, pharmaceutical spray dryer and performs secondary packaging and release activities for oncology and rare disease medicines supporting global markets. The site also offers a contract testing and release facility within its laboratories.

Our Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience in IT network infrastructure management. Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and best practices. Hands-on experience with Cisco, HP Aruba, and SDWAN technologies. Experience managing industrial manufacturing infrastructure is an advantage. Previous work in a regulated industry is an advantage. Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Aruba Certified, etc.) are a plus.
