Overview of project/role
At Transport for London (TfL), Network Performance sits at the heart of keeping London moving. We monitor and improve the performance of the city's road network, using real-time data, customer insights, and operational metrics. Whether it's tracking service analysing bus journey quality, or managing road network disruptions, the team plays a vital role in shaping how millions of journeys are experienced every day. With a focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation, Network Performance helps TfL deliver a safer, more efficient, and customer-focused transport system for everyone who lives, works, and travels in London.
As a Network Impact Manager, you'll be helping to shape how planned improvements and works are delivered across London's road network-making sure they cause as little disruption as possible. Working alongside the regional Lead Network Impact Specialist or the Works Master Planning team, you'll be part of the strategic planning process that keeps the city moving. Your decisions will support the Mayor's Transport Strategy, so you'll be making a real impact on how people travel every day. If you enjoy thinking ahead, solving problems, and making a difference to Londoners, this could be the role for you.
