We are excited to share that at Hendy we have a fantastic new opportunity for a highly skilled, adaptable and collaborative Network Lead to join our well-established forward-thinking Technology team.The Network Lead plays a key role in helping shape the Groupxe2x80x99s strategy, operations, and service delivery, working closely with our Infrastructure team. This role will help to ensure seamless and resilient services across the Hendy Group.The Opportunity:In the Network Lead role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead Network infrastructure projects in alignment with the Groupxe2x80x99s technology strategy and standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimising network performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers, ensuring effective vendor management and service delivery.
  • Evaluate telecommunications technologies, including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Voice platforms, and Meraki solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and innovation.
  • Provide technical expertise in SD-WAN, MPLS and WAN and LAN networks and other platforms.
  • Manage the performance MPLS and SDWAN network services.
  • Oversee relationships and operations with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.

About You:
  • Proven experience in telecoms operations and strategy.
  • Strong project management capabilities in network infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in Cisco Voice Platforms, Cisco Call Manager, and Meraki SDWAN and SASE solutions
  • Knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN in Managed Service Provider Operations.
  • Strong background in service delivery management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative small team environment.
