Network Manager

Job Role

To lead, inspire, motivate and manage the network management teams to deliver a safe, efficient service to our client national highways. The seek and develop opportunities that will facilitate continuous growth, increased profit, and improved customer and client satisifation

Duties

Lead and manage area teams to deliver highways services safely, efficiently, and profitably. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, embedding a strong H&S culture. Drive performance improvement and innovation, promoting best practice across operations. Oversee P&L, ensuring accurate cost control, reporting, and financial performance. Monitor fleet, resources, and productivity, ensuring effective and efficient utilisation. Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted ambassador for Ringway. Provide senior leadership during major incidents as part of the 'Silver Command' rota.

Person Specification

Minimum of 5 years' experience of highways maintenance or a related field in an operational role Previous leadership experience of a diverse multi-site team Proven experience of building teams and developing and engaging the whole workforce Implementing change within a fast moving environment

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday
