We have an exciting opportunity to join our central planning operation in our Rugby Hub as a Network Planner. As part of the Central Planning team, you have end to end visibility of the operational network including access to multiple real-time data sources from all aspects of the business.
The purpose of the Network Planner role is to analyse and interpret the real time data and to forecast the overall end to end network, as well as identifying areas of the operation at risk and act immediately to prevent or mitigate erosion of service.
As a Network Planner you will track and identify on-going improvement opportunities. You will suggest and build new reports to improve the planning of the network and highlight failures and work with stakeholders to ensure these are used and understood.
Due to the nature of the role, this is any 5 days over 7 shift including weekends, and working patterns have a requirement for both a day and evening shift rotation to support and provide the required network coverage for Evri! The Network Planner role is based on site at our Rugby Hub.

About the role:
Assisting the Network Planning Manager and International Planning Team in the implementation of planning requirements; to forecast, monitor and improve the full end to end parcel process (Hub through to delivery to customer)
Producing daily reports which contain volume, service level analysis, process and resource requirements for the network
Compiling and publishing weekly/monthly reports as required on network status and performance/compliance for cascade through Operations in from Director level and below
Managing the network according to the plan across the whole supply; chain client collection and beyond
Analysis of Hubs/Depot processing data and consider planning constraints such as Parcel Machine throughputs and performance
Hosting daily network conference calls with Managers and Senior Managers across Depot, Field and Customer services, questioning performance and escalating accordingly so that failures are understood and avoided going forwards
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to communicate at all levels and convey your message clearly to both internal and external stakeholders building trust and credibility
Experience of Power BI, SAP and SQL/VBA is advantageous
Strong knowledge Excel
Data, interpretation of data and analytical skills with a keen commercial understanding is required.
