Job Overview


The Network Provisioning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all activities involved in deploying network infrastructure projects. This includes organising resources, managing schedules, monitoring progress, raising procurement requests, maintaining documentation, and acting as a central point of communication for internal stakeholders. The role ensures deployments run smoothly, risks are identified, quality standards are met, and project information is accurately tracked and reported.

Job Requirements



Good communication skills with demonstrated ability to liaise and deal with people at all levels both internal and external to the business. Highly organised individual with the ability to work under pressure and to prioritise workload with a methodical approach to work. Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Self-motivated and able to achieve objectives and tasks set by manager to a high standard. Previous experience working within a Telecoms Network Infrastructure company is desirable. Project milestone tracking and reporting. Understanding of Project Processes and Project Flow. Document control and data entry experience. Must be proficient in using various Microsoft Office Tools including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project, Sharepoint and Outlook.

Job Responsibilities



Coordinate deployment management activities, resources, equipment and information. Assign tasks to teams and assist with schedule management. Analyse risks and opportunities. Oversee procurement management, raising of PO's and allocation of client spend. Monitor deployment progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants internally. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement). Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
