As our new Network Stock & Inventory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation across the Network, spanning five high?performing sites. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Overseeing and managing the full inventory process to maintain optimal, accurate, and reliable stock levels across all sites. Leading, planning, and reporting on the activities of Inventory, Quality, and Admin teams--ensuring delivery against customer expectations and operational KPIs. Driving risk management procedures, ensuring full traceability while mitigating inventory loss both at individual site level and across the wider network. Championing change management and system optimisation, enhancing site processes and operational ways of working. Implementing best practice and innovative solutions designed to elevate performance, strengthen accuracy, and reduce inventory variance.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

A strong background in stock or inventory management, ideally within a complex or fast?paced environment. Proven experience managing large and complex data/files with accuracy and confidence. Experience of building and maintaining good customer relationships A self?motivated individual, capable of operating independently and taking initiative. Comfortable travelling across the network to support operational delivery and team performance.
