Role: Sales Executive



Location: Marshall Audi Wimbledon



Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week and Sundays on a rota basis



Salary: 20,000 basic plus uncapped OTE and company car

Bonus scheme: Based on sales of new and used vehicles

The role



This is an exciting opportunity to join the only Audi City centre in the country, located in the heart of Wimbledon. As a Sales Executive, you'll be part of a high-performing team of 7, made up of a diverse mix of experience levels - from new starters to seasoned professionals, including a colleague who's been with us for over 25 years! You'll also benefit from the support and mentorship of a General Sales Manager with 13 years of experience at Marshall Motor Group and Audi.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry to vehicle handover. You'll convert interactions into sales of vehicles, finance, and insurance products, while ensuring every customer feels valued and supported throughout their journey.

You'll receive comprehensive training through our Sales Orientation programme, covering sales processes, FCA compliance, and manufacturer-specific knowledge. This ensures you're always equipped to provide expert advice and build lasting relationships with your customers.
