to support our booming sales channels across:

Target Zero's existing health & safety training and construction NVQ services

MMC - our advanced e-learning & course management platform for individuals, SMEs, and enterprise clients

The Managing Director, web developers, and our digital marketing team

Key Responsibilities



Outbound Calling:

Reach out to new leads across construction, education, and corporate sectors

Inbound Sales Conversion:

Handle inbound leads via website, chat, and phone -- all pre-qualified!

Relationship Building:

Convert leads into long-term clients, understand training needs, and upsell future services

Product Pitching:

Understand and sell both

Target Zero's

training services and the

MMC platform

Pipeline Management:

Work closely within CRM systems (like Pipedrive) to track, nurture, and close leads

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing and web devs to influence lead generation, product improvement, and messaging

Sales Channels



You'll be selling across two core channels:

Target Zero Training

: CITB training, construction NVQs, e-learning, and bespoke corporate packages

Manage My Courses (MMC)

: A brand new B2B/B2C tech platform for course management, data, and certification

Earnings Breakdown

Base Salary:

25-30k

Commission:

Performance-based structure with new business incentives

Target Bonuses:

Quarterly accelerators and team bonuses available

Performance-Based Reviews:

Quarterly salary reviews based on sales delivery

Uncapped OTE:

Top performers earn 75k+
(All commissions paid monthly following client payment)
