The Role

A position has arisen in our Basildon offices for a New Business Assistant. The candidate will be required to have previously worked in similar environments.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

Speaking with clients via email/phone providing conveyancing quotations

Setting up files for conveyancing teams

Selling third party services to clients

Excellent use of Windows/Excel/Computers

Liaising with Estate Agents/Mortgage Brokers/Developers

Good telephone manner/communication

To be able to work as part of a team
