Role: New Business & Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Liverpool (Hybrid)Salary: xc2xa325,877 xe2x80x93 xc2xa327,515 Plus up to xc2xa32,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.Working hours: 37.5 hours a week between 9:00am and 17:30pm Monday to Friday including 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am xe2x80x93 12:30pm.What you will be doing:

• Quoting and closing new business enquires
• Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships
• Amending customer policies, payments and schedules
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Providing excellent rapport building skills.
• Handling sensitive information and following data protection principles
• Adhering to strict FCA guidelines
• Providing a professional service and promoting our brand in a positive manner
