Job Description

Base Pay 25000 per annum Plus a healthy Commission/Performance Pay to provide an OTE of 35000 per annum.

Shift Work too include on Occasions Evening and Weekend Work, for example 1 Weekend day 4 days in the week.

Skills

Experienced New Business Development Manager who can demonstrate a track record in opening new business accounts and developing a lead pipeline within the car market sector . We require sales excellence with outstanding customer service. You need to be target driven, persistent and focused. Additionally we will require support in our Southend Airport Branch within a Retail environment serving the many clients who pick up Car rental. Clean driving licence (with at least 3 years driving experience). Computer literate and able to learn quickly. Organised, able to work under pressure. Reliability and Flexibility key.

Develop a pipeline in the local area via telephone calling opening new business accounts Increase orders for car and van commercial rentals who open accounts Face to a face customer interaction on Business premises or at Branch for car rental Selling additionally products to customers Renting cars at Branch Check in of Cars and Access Condition on Return Preparation of Vehicles Various other Admin Duties and Rental Software Management Airport shift work inc morning, evening, weekend & public holidays
