Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the market landscape. Proficiency in software tools, is essential to manage client relationships and track progress effectively.

Duties



Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client needs. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably in an Estate agents. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proficiency in software tools for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in sourcing sites and completing deals. Full understanding of the whole sale process residential, commercial and auction sales. Minimum experience working in the industry of 2 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
