Location: Brighton

Salary: 25,000 Per Annum Plus KPI Bonus (35k OTE)

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm and Friday 8:45am-4:00pm with regular early finish incentives

About the role:

Do you have a passion for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth? As a New Business Executive at Onecom, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the market Conduct telephone-based outreach, including cold calling, to predominantly small to medium-sized businesses to assess their mobile, fixed line, connectivity, and cloud service needs Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends Analyse the customers' needs and pre-sell the solution Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
