Join our Team as a New Business Executive!
Location: Brighton
Salary: 25,000 Per Annum Plus KPI Bonus (35k OTE)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm and Friday 8:45am-4:00pm with regular early finish incentives
About the role:

As a New Business Executive at Onecom, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the market
• Conduct telephone-based outreach, including cold calling, to predominantly small to medium-sized businesses to assess their mobile, fixed line, connectivity, and cloud service needs
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends
• Analyse the customers' needs and pre-sell the solution
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
