About the Role:

As

New Business Lead

, you'll be the driving force behind our business growth. Your mission will be to identify, build, and nurture relationships with referral partners, local organisations, and the community -- all while promoting our unique approach to home care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a local business development strategy across West Nottingham Build strong relationships with GPs, hospitals, community groups, care professionals, and local businesses Promote Visiting Angels' services through networking events, local outreach, and presentations Support marketing and campaign activity to raise brand awareness Identify new opportunities and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients Report regularly on lead generation, conversion rates, and growth metrics as agreed, in conjunction with Senior Management

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or community engagement (ideally in health & social care, but not essential) A people person - confident, outgoing, and able to connect with diverse stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit Passionate about improving lives and promoting quality care in the community Knowledge of the West Nottingham area and local networks is a strong advantage Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
