Role: New Business Manager

Location: Home Based - primary site Warrington or Barnsley

About The Role:

• Customer facing role focused on new business in the OEM sector for ERIKS Sealing & Polymer division
• National role across multiple business markets \xe2\x80\x93 expectation for travel both domestically and potentially internationally
• Project management for new enquiries and product introductions at targeted customers.
• Provide broad technical support on Seals & gasket products to potential and existing customers
• Presentations to prospective new customers to outline the products, services and value propositions of the ESP business
• Market research to identify prospective clients and key stakeholders within target customers.
• Use of data to analyse customer trends
• Setting sales budgets for allocated accounts
• Understanding of marketing needs to support business growth
• Work across multiple team functions to get desired results \xe2\x80\x93 ( materials, Engineering, Quality, logistics)

About You:

• Proven track record on bringing on new OEM business from new customers
• Good experience in the seals & gaskets market sector
• Excellent presentation skills
• Comfortable in a \xe2\x80\x9chunter\xe2\x80\x9d type sales role
• Able to work independently and in team situations.
• Good level of technical knowledge on products and customer applications
