Why is this role important?
As our
New Business Partner Manager
, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic expansion of our Partner channel. Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and secure new, high-value partners who will extend our reach and fuel new customer growth for both our Breathe and Breathe+ platforms. You will own the entire partner acquisition lifecycle, working closely with the wider Partner and Commercial teams to drive revenue and meet ambitious acquisition targets.
What You Will Be Doing ? ?? ?
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, engage, and secure new partners, including proactive outbound outreach.
Cultivate strong relationships with inbound partnership leads, demonstrating the mutual value of partnering with Breathe to convert them into active partners.
Negotiate and close new partnership agreements, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious new partner acquisition targets and partner-generated revenue goals.
Conduct in-depth market research to refine and optimise our partner acquisition strategy and identify new opportunities.
Work closely with the wider Commercial and Sales Operations teams to enhance our partner acquisition and sales processes.
Collaborate with the Partner Success/Enablement team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
Become a subject matter expert on all Breathe offerings, effectively communicating their value to prospective partners.
Provide regular, insightful updates to Partnership Leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
Maintain meticulous sales administration, including accurate data entry in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) and managing contracts.
Maintain awareness of and comply with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data.
What we value for this role
Proven experience
in new business development, partner acquisition, channel sales, or B2B sales.
A demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales or partner acquisition targets.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement tools.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to ad-hoc needs.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and think creatively.
A genuine passion for technology and a desire to become an expert in Breathe's offerings.
