We're expanding and looking for a proven sales professional who can consistently convert enquiries into
high-value resin projects
(with additional opportunities across our partnered services where applicable).
The role
You'll be responsible for selling premium resin projects from enquiry to signed agreement. This is a face-to-face role for someone confident in home-improvement sales who knows how to build rapport quickly, present options clearly, and close.
Key responsibilities
Attend appointments to assess customer requirements and recommend the best resin solution
Convert warm and generated leads into
confirmed high-value resin jobs
Explain finishes, edging, base preparation, drainage considerations, and aftercare in a confident, clear way
Produce accurate quotes and follow up until job is won or lost
Handle objections professionally (price, timing, competitors) and negotiate where appropriate
Maintain a strong pipeline with clear notes and next actions (CRM/spreadsheets)
Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate (steps, lighting, drainage, slabs, access improvements)
Identify additional customer needs and refer opportunities to our partnered businesses:
Royle Roofing Contractors
(roofing repairs/replacements, related works)
Royle Plant & Tool Hire
(plant/tool requirements for jobs and contractor referrals)
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handovers once a job is sold
What we're looking for
essential:
Strong sales ability with a track record of closing deals
Confident, professional face-to-face communication
Organised and consistent with follow-ups
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
Comfortable using WhatsApp/email/social media and basic admin systems
Desirable (but not required):
Experience in resin bound, landscaping, construction, or home improvement sales
Quoting and measurement experience
CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)*

Weekly team meetings with the Operations & Finance director to ensure everything is on track and any questions in relation to the role
