The Role:



As a

New Car Sales Consultant

, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their perfect vehicle lease. Your role will involve:

Engaging with inbound leads, building strong relationships, and understanding customer needs. Providing expert advice on our extensive range of lease options and vehicle choices. Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. Proactively managing your pipeline, following up on leads, and maximising every sales opportunity. Collaborating with our Sales Support and Aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets - and being rewarded for your success!

. If you have the following skills and attributes, we'd love to hear from you:

Proven experience in

sales

, preferably in

car leasing, automotive, or finance

(but not essential - we hire attitude as much as experience!). A natural communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. A competitive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results. Confidence using CRM systems and working in a structured sales process. A team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment. A genuine passion for cars and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working Hours

5 Days per week)

9am - 6pm Monday - Friday

1 Saturday Every 2 weeks (Additional day off in week)
