Driving Sales & Profitability:

Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, maximise profitability, and report on performance.

Leading & Developing Your Team:

Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective target setting, coaching, and feedback.

Ensuring Customer Loyalty:

Maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, resolving issues to guarantee satisfaction.

Optimising Sales Processes:

Oversee the entire sales journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery, collaborating across departments for seamless customer experiences.

Strategic Pricing & Marketing:

Set competitive pricing based on market analysis and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and boost brand awareness.

Financial Oversight:

Manage the sales department's budget, analysing data to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

We're seeking an accomplished Sales professional who brings:

Knowledge of working within an automotive sales environment. A proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach. A full UK driving licence and clean driving record.
