As Sales Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our success--driving performance, motivating your team, and playing a key role in shaping the future of our sales strategy. This is a hands-on, target-driven role where your leadership will directly impact results.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a team of talented Sales Executives to smash targets and exceed expectations Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team--bringing out the best in everyone Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Playing a strategic role in scaling up our sales department as we grow Collaborating with senior management to shape sales processes and customer experience Creating a positive, winning culture that thrives on success and teamwork

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in leading a sales team--ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment A natural motivator with excellent people skills and a passion for coaching Results-driven with a laser focus on targets and performance Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking Automotive or car leasing industry experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
