Job Type: Clinical Lead, Permanent

Location: Face to face role, North West England (Hybrid working available \xe2\x80\x93 1.5 days remote)

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday), can be part-time as well

Requirements:
  • NMC Part 1 registration.
  • Strong clinical background in A&E/Emergency care.
  • Postgraduate experience in an Occupational Health setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Self-motivation and strong time management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Valid driving license and access to your own car.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing clinical pathways aligned with best practices and client objectives.
  • Collaborating with client directors/managers to meet company objectives.
  • Providing leadership and support to the clinical team.
  • Fostering a positive team culture based on our company values.
  • Initiating and supporting initiatives to meet client needs and wellbeing goals.
  • Overseeing recruitment, selection, and induction of team members.
  • Monitoring and auditing clinical competency, work quality, and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and legislation.
  • Prioritizing clinical and occupational health needs based on risk.
  • Acting as a clinical mentor and participating in audit programs.
  • Supporting professional development and maintaining high standards of conduct.
