TSR Legal are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, forward-thinking firm that is looking to appoint a talented Real Estate Solicitor with 4-5 years' PQE to join their busy and successful Real Estate team in Bristol.
The Opportunity
You'll manage a varied caseload of real estate development matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals
Leasehold and investment transactions
Development site work and wider property projects

About You
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4-5 years' PQE
Strong experience in real estate or commercial property law
Excellent client care and communication skills
A proactive, commercially aware approach
