TSR Legal 90,000 - 105,000 A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Data Centre / Planning Legal Director to join its Bristol office. This role sits within the firm's nationally recognised Real Estate Group, working as part of a well-established Planning team. Owing to sustained growth, the firm is looking to appoint a solicitor with a minimum of seven years' post-qualification experience in planning law. The Role You will advise on a wide range of planning and environmental matters, including: Enforcement, listed buildings, compulsory purchase and compensation Drafting and negotiating section 106 and infrastructure agreements Preparing planning applications, certificates of lawfulness, objections, witness statements and statutory declarations Representing clients at inquiries and hearings, including conducting advocacy where appropriate Instructing Counsel and attending conferences Advising on planning matters relating to large-scale infrastructure, including data centre developments This is a varied role offering involvement in both public and private sector work across multiple industries, including housing, energy, and commercial development.
