TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity at a leading regional firm with three offices across South Wales, with a large regional presence. This is a new opportunity for a Solicitor to join their busy Family department based from the firms Newport offices.
You should have experience in all Family matters, either through your training contract or through your work as a qualified Solicitor in this field. Ideally you should have demonstrable experience having assisted with cases involving Private Law Finances in Divorce and Separations, although the role will include all aspects of family relationships - divorce, separations, ancillary relief, children disputes, domestic abuse, TOLATA, legal aid eligibility and procedure, advocacy and drafting.
