TSR Legal are currently working with a top Newport law firm who are recruiting a talented and motivated Family Solicitor for their dedicated family law team at their impressive Newport offices.
This is a growth role and would work closely with a hugely respected and talented Family Partner in the business. The ideal candidate will have no less than 4 years qualification behind them in private family matters.
The successful individual will have conduct of their own caseload including all relationship breakdown financial remedy work including high net worth divorces and wealth protection in the form of pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements; Private Law Children.
The day to day role will involve :
- Take client instructions and advise on law and legal issues relating to their case;
- Draft documents with advice tailored to the client\xe2\x80\x99s individual needs;
- Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and third parties;
- Keep up to date with changes and developments in the law by reading journals and law reports;
- Undertake a range of continuing professional development activities;
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: \xc2\xa348,000.00-\xc2\xa355,000.00 per year
