As the Assistant Manager, You Will:
Lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every bride feels confident, comfortable, and special.
Support your Store Manager in driving store performance, organisation, and smooth daily operations.
React quickly to challenges, finding solutions, and keeping the team focused on success.

Do you have proven experience in luxury or premium retail, with a track record of achieving sales targets?
