Job Description

- Client Engagement and Relationship Building

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and sellers, primarily from Chinese backgrounds, by actively engaging in meaningful conversations to fully understand their unique needs and preferences in the property market.

- Exceptional Customer Service

Deliver outstanding customer service, guiding clients seamlessly through every stage of the sales process, from initial inquiries to final transactions, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.

- Social Media

Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies on Chinese social media platforms to maximize visibility and appeal for listed properties, effectively driving sales and enhancing brand presence.

- Business Development Initiatives

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking within the community and leveraging existing relationships. Actively participate in industry events and networking functions to expand the client base and increase market exposure

- Market Analysis and Strategy Development

Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the UK property market, using insights to inform sales strategies and enhance client offerings.

Skills:

- Sales Experience

Previous sales experience is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.

- Bilingual Communication Proficiency

Possess exceptional communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and preferably English, facilitating clear and effective interactions with clients and stakeholders.

- Passion for Real Estate

A strong enthusiasm for the UK property market, staying informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to better serve clients and enhance sales strategies.

- Networking and Relationship Management

Strong networking abilities to develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and potential partners, driving business growth and collaboration opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
