Engage with prospective clients to understand their housing needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate new home models, highlighting features and benefits tailored to individual clients. Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently. Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and optimise sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support throughout their purchasing decision. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach initiatives targeting prospective buyers. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current housing developments, pricing structures, and financing options.

Experience

Proven experience in new homes sales is essential. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
