More about your role
As the New Homes Sales Executive, you will provide a first-class sales service to our customers, selling the plots and advising them through every step of this exciting experience. Your role will be to convert enquiries and expressions of interest into sales.
You will achieve this by being the expert when it comes to advising on house types, specifications and buying procedures; ultimately ensuring timely completions. You will keep accurate and timely records in relation to sales status, forecast dates, sales progression notes and audit trail information.

Please note the working days are Thursday to Monday, you will be required to work weekends.
More about you
To be successful in this role you will need strong communication skills, you should understand what great customer service looks and feels like and have an empathy for our customers. To apply, this experience this will need to be have been obtained in a face-to-face role. Ideally you will have experience within the property sales market, specifically new homes sales - however a passion for putting People first is the most important thing to us.
You will also need good administration skills and have the ability to keep all paper work up to date. We also need you to understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality in this role.
