The ongoing expansion at Broadgate Homes developments throughout Lincolnshire has led to an opportunity for a full time Sales Executive to join our sales team, predominately based at our development in Woodhall Spa. The role is varied with the main responsibility being focused to provide sales advice to prospective purchasers and to promote our properties and achieve reservations. The Sales Executive will build strong relationships with prospective and existing purchasers to be able to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the purchase process from reservation to completion.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Representing Broadgate Homes to take charge of the sales centre and show home to ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standard to be presented to visitors at all times Manage all customer enquiries received via website, telephone, email, or walk-ins efficiently, to capture potential purchasers' details and their property requirements; to arrange a viewing appointment to provide accurate information for the properties and development Maintain customer relations as the point of contact to provide a high level of customer service with visitors, purchasers, estate agents, solicitors, financial advisers, site managers and relevant trades Qualify all potential purchasers to establish their current status including their property purchase position, timescales and financial situation to determine their motivation for a move Conduct viewings with potential customers around the showhome and properties under construction to showcase the different housetypes available having full product, area knowledge and adhering fully to Health and Safety on site guidelines Show a level of proactivity in following up on enquiries and viewings to receive constructive feedback and keep the mailing list up to date Promote and provide details of mortgage brokers and solicitors suggested by the company to ensure an efficient service meeting the company and clients' expectations for customers to achieve exchange deadlines Convert leads to secure customer reservations, meeting sales targets and liaise with relevant legal teams, head office, estate agents and clients to progress the sale to exchange and completion Guide and support purchasers throughout the selection process for internal fittings, take instructions on extras required to obtain costs, take payment, and ensuring all customer choices are installed prior to completion Be proficient in administration to maintain accurate customer files and weekly reporting data to ensure efficiency for meeting company requirements Carry out property snagging inspections to ensure any defects noted are reported to the site construction team to be resolved prior to move in. Prior to completion, undertake with the customer a demonstration of their new home to familiarise them with all fittings, provide meter readings for utility providers, provide an 8 week customer care service before handing over to the designated 'after care' team

Job Type:

Full-time position available based at a development in Woodhall Spa, covering a 5 day week to include weekends and bank holidays. Cover at developments in Spalding and surrounding areas may be required on occasion

Annual Base Salary: 25,000 plus commission (OTE 50,000)

Skills required

Having new homes or property sales experience is essential

Proven track record within a customer facing role

Strong communication with effective sales and negotiating skills to reach set targets and deadlines

IT literate and accurate administrative skills

Ability to work alone as well as within a team
