About Salesforce

We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too -- driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

New Logo Hunter - Nonprofits Enterprise Account Executive (UKI)

Change the world. One mission at a time.

At Salesforce.org , we believe that everyone who wants to change the world should have the tools and technology to do so. We put the power of Salesforce's #1 CRM into the hands of nonprofits so they can better engage with their supporters, drive impact, and make a difference at scale.

About the Role:

We are looking for a

hunter

- a driven, entrepreneurial

New Logo Account Executive

who thrives on identifying, creating, and closing net new opportunities. This role is for someone who is energised by building something from scratch - breaking into untapped accounts, navigating complex organisations, and crafting compelling value propositions that resonate with nonprofit leaders.

As a key contributor within our fast-growing Nonprofit business in the UKI market, you will focus on generating pipeline, owning strategic pursuits, and closing high-impact deals that bring Salesforce technology to mission-driven organisations for the first time. You won't just inherit a large book of business - you'll

build and shape it

.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own a greenfield territory

of high-potential nonprofit organisations - with a laser focus on

new customer acquisition

.

Build pipeline from scratch

: Prospect into executive-level stakeholders, leverage Salesforce's partner and marketing ecosystem, and drive outbound strategies to source new opportunities.

Create and close new logo wins

: Manage end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to close, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-based solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

(solution engineering, product, marketing, partner ecosystem) to shape and accelerate deals.

Articulate clear business value

to nonprofit executives, focusing on mission impact and long-term scalability. Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver a consistent, detailed forecast to sales leadership. Develop strategic account plans to target the highest-value prospects in your territory.

What We're Looking For:

A

proven hunter

with a successful track record of

closing net new business

in complex B2B or SaaS sales environments. Experience selling into the

nonprofit, public sector, or mission-driven space

is a plus - but a passion for impact is a must. Skilled at

navigating multi-stakeholder environments

, selling to C-level and VP-level decision-makers. Self-starter with the drive to build pipeline and a high tolerance for ambiguity - you know how to create structure where there is none. Exceptional communicator with strong value-based selling and negotiation skills. Ability to develop trust quickly and build long-term relationships with prospects and partners. Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

and contributing to a growing team culture. Willing to travel across the UKI as needed to support your accounts and build relationships. Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
If you're excited by the idea of helping world-changing organisations adopt world-class technology - and you're hungry to

hunt, win, and grow

- then we'd love to hear from you.

Be a Trailblazer. Help nonprofits scale their impact with Salesforce.
