Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated New Patient Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming and guiding individuals through the initial stages of their fertility journey. Your empathy and expertise will help create a reassuring and positive environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower and Educate:
Provide clear and comprehensive information about our fertility treatments and services, helping patients make informed decisions.
- Offer Emotional Support
: Deliver empathy and understanding, ensuring patients feel heard and supported during this sensitive time.
- Coordinate Appointments:
Efficiently schedule consultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring a seamless and organised patient experience.
- Collaborative Care:
Work closely with our medical team to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient care and communication.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information sensitively and clearly.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales and customer service role, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Salary:
- 30,000.00 per year
