Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven New Patient Sales Manager to lead and optimise our new patient acquisition function. This role focuses on defining, owning, and continuously improving the enquiry-to-consultation sales operation. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, administrative and marketing teams to ensure prospective patients receive clarity, support and professionalism from the first interaction.

Key Responsibilities



Design, document, own and continuously refine the full enquiry-to-consultation sales pipeline. Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets through structured optimisation. Design, document, and continuously refine structured sales processes, call frameworks, scripts, KPIs, and performance standards. Define success metrics for each stage of the sales funnel and hold the function accountable to them. Own sales performance analysis end-to-end, including pipeline modelling, cohort analysis, conversion diagnostics, and actionable forecasting. Translate performance data into operational change, including script rewrites, process redesign, and behavioural expectations. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, attribution, and funnel performance. Maintain expert understanding of all treatments to present options clearly and confidently. Build strong working relationships with clinical, operations and administrative teams.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum 3 years' experience owning and scaling a high-performance sales or patient acquisition function. Demonstrable responsibility for sales design, analytics, and optimisation. Proven record of exceeding sales targets at a function or team level. Demonstrable experience building and managing sales dashboards, interpreting funnel data, forecasting revenue, and driving measurable improvement. Experience setting KPIs for others and addressing underperformance through structured intervention. Strong communication and negotiation skills in sensitive or high-trust environments. Experience in healthcare, private medical or high-value consumer sales preferred. Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy. Ability to combine emotional intelligence with rigorous commercial structure, using systems and standards to support patients consistently at scale.

Working Hours



Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Salary



40,000 per year + OTE bonus structure.

Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
