to join us for a 6-month maternity cover starting

, leading our exciting pipeline of new products.

What You'll Do

Lead the full NPD process from concept to launch Develop new platforms, menu ranges and seasonal products Manage trials, tastings, sensory sessions and product validations Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Technical Support costings, margin analysis and feasibility Manage supplier relationships and sourcing Deliver accurate recipes, build sheets and launch packs

What You'll Bring

8+ years' NPD experience in desserts, bakery, frozen or QSR Strong technical knowledge of formulation, ingredients and sensory development Excellent project management and communication skills Commercial mindset with costing experience Creative, trend-aware and passionate about flavour innovation Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Culinary Innovation or similar
