Wexe2x80x99re looking for a New Product Development Manager to support the creation of innovative, high-quality supplement and food products that our customers love.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact in a values-led, consumer-focused business.What Youxe2x80x99ll Do:

• Support the end-to-end product development from concept through to shelf
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, operations, and suppliers
• Coordinate trials, tastings, and sample evaluations
• Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation
• Ensure consistent product quality and innovation

What You Bring:

• 2+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in NPD and project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Experience in the food industry is highly desirable
• Please note: as part of this role, you will be expected to taste and evaluate meat-based products.
