Job Summary:

The NPI (New Product Introduction) Lead plays a critical role in launching new telecom products and services, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and regulatory standards. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver seamless transitions from concept to commercial deployment across network infrastructure, consumer devices, and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Create an NPI framework Lead end-to-end NPI programs for telecom hardware, software, and service offerings. Collaborate with R&D, product management, network engineering, and operations to define launch requirements and success metrics. Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk assessments, and readiness reviews for new product rollouts. Ensure compliance with telecom standards and regional regulatory requirements. Oversee trials, field testing, and pilot deployments to validate product performance and interoperability. Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely availability of components and systems. Drive continuous improvement through post-launch reviews and lessons learned. Launch new products to market eg: (Security, mesh routers, 1gbps FWA) Ensuring Technical readiness, business impact analysis, customer proposition readiness KPI targets defined

- Total sales revenue for each product
- ARPU for each product

Key Skills

Excellent project management and organisational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and project management tools. Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
