Job Title New Product Introduction Pilot Operator IIIThis role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.Your role:Operate development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing development productsAssist the development teams to define process procedures and the process parametersMeasuring and recording process parameters once establishedAccurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History RecordComplying with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production processYou're the right fit if:Youxe2x80x99ve acquired 1+ years of experience in cleanroom production assembly environmentYou have a high school diploma or equivalentYour skills include ability to routinely use a microscope; good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination; ability to stand for extended periods of timeYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You have a strong attention to details; the ability to work in a regulated environment and understand Standard Operating Procedures; works will with others and independentlyHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
